Terms & Conditions

1. SUBSCRIPTION FEE
a. The subscription fees set out on the front page of this agreement shall be paid monthly in advance on the first day of each month by the Subscriber. In respect of any broken period a pro-rata adjustment shall be made.

2. BILLING
a. Credit card billing is a requirement of this subscription. The Subscriber irrevocably authorises Skills Management to deduct all amounts payable by the Subscriber under this agreement to Skills Management during the billing period.

3. AGREEMENT TERMS
a. The initial term of this agreement is twelve (12) months. The Subscriber must pay the fees for the subscription type selected on the front page of this agreement for the initial term of this agreement. Allocated monthly credits are equal to one virtual course enrolment. A credit is valid for 3 months after the distribution date.

4. INVOICING AND PAYMENT
a. Invoices will be sent through via the allocated email address provided upon signing.

b. Credit card processing of invoices shall occur from the first business day of each month. Declined credit cards will incur a service fee of $42,00

c. Skills Management is entitled to pursue the Subscriber for monies owed under this agreement, including but not limited to forwarding the Subscriber's contact information to legal advisors, collection agencies and credit reporting bodies, which may result in listing a default against the Subscriber and/or Guarantor where applicable.

5. BOOKING TERMS
a. Subscriber bookings are to be made via the allocated subscription course schedule provided upon completion of this document.

b. Virtual bookings can be made in any location including or outside the Subscribers location.

c. Bookings are to be made no later than 2 weeks prior to commencement of the chosen course and will be left up to the discretion of Skills Management if they will be processed.

6. UNUSED SUBSCRIBER CREDITS
a. Subscriber credits not used within a given month can be used at a later date provided it falls within the current 3 month expiry.

7. COURSE CANCELLATIONS
a. Skills Management reserves the right to cancel, postpone and reschedule any scheduled course dates with prior notice to the subscriber for the following reasons. Health and safety interruptions, logistical challenges, low enrolment/attendance rate. A credit will be allocated to the subscriber whereby a future course can be booked.
